When we were visiting the Philadelphia Museum of Art, I happened to notice from the window this hot air balloon travelling over the green parkland.
What could be better on a hot day than an ice cream and here you see my granddaughter indulging in a chocolate coated one
Slim pickings in the archives this week and I was under the weather for most of it. Better now. Next week Red, my favourite colour.

On one side I envy your granddaughter for the ice cream but I am shivering here in the cold, lol !
I've been on a hot air balloon and it is pretty expensive for a 5 minute ride.
When I was in Seoul last winter, the Koreans were eating ice creams at minus 5 degree Celsius!
I was out in the garden a few months ago, towards the end of the footie season. I heard a helicopter circling and looked up and there was a hot air baloon in the image of a footie ball. The helicopter was there ensure safety as it passed over Adelaide. I just stood and watched it. I have an ambition to go on one with my family some day.
In response to your comment, it is hot now, but it does get cool (not freezing in winter in Adelaide. The photograph was taken on one of those days.

Ice cream on a hot day is wonderful. Love the little girl, she is cute! Riding in a hot air balloon on a hot day looks good. Have you tried riding in one? I haven't yet.
