OK, let's all get together, turtles on the raft and ducks on the log. What is that turtle doing on the log together with the ducks? Obviously he is confused. Click to enlarge.
While just across the path from the canal the belted Galloways all sit around together chewing their cud and enjoying the beautiful summer day. Another maverick off to the left, stoking up on the summer grass.

These are both great shots for the theme but the turtle together with the ducks takes the cake. Makes me wonder if the other turtles kicked it off their spot and it had to find a new family. Happy weekend.

I have some animals in my post. Our budgies are always together because they are in a cage. The rabbits love to hang out together and our kids love being with each other. Spotty just likes being around us too.

LOL, great photos! Yes, it is rare that ducks and cows are seen alone. But turtles?! He must have been lonely.
