FAVOURITE
Sadly for my figure two of my favourite things are food and chocolate. How about this for a combination of the two of them? A delectable delight from the Pacific Culinary Institute, our favourite luncheon stop when I walk at Granville Island with my Thursday Walking Group.

Oooooo! I can feel my waistline expanding while I drool! That is a truly delicious looking cake, and I'm sure it would be a favourite of mine, too - if I could only reach it!
