Saturday Photo Hunt --- Spotted

SPOTTED

This little fellow is certainly spotted although not with the traditional type of spots we think of in that context. Red maple leaves! My daughter bought this bear for herself at the Build a Bear store in Vancouver. Yes my 43 year old daughter, not my 6 year old granddaughter! I guess she misses living in Canada and he is rather cute in his Mountie uniform!

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE

What a great bear. I ended up looking up spotted in the dictionary because I was stumped and this fits perfectly with one of the definitions. I thought I was stretching the theme too until I went to my trusty dictionary. Happy weekend.

Now that is a delightful bear. A nice way to remember Canada. It certainly beats the stars and stripes!

Hi jmb --

As I think you realize from visits to my blog, I love plushies and don't think one can be too old for them. So all power to your daughter for getting herself one! :b

Now that is a great souvenir from Vancouver, especially for the Olympics coming up. I'm not so sure I'll be making an appearance seeing that my job was cut as a result of exactly that...

A Clever take on spotted JMB. I think it must be the sort of thing they call "thinking out of the box".

Glad you spotted that ^_^
